Ask for the booking and release sheet, release date and time, release reason, authorization, and receiving agency when a transfer may have occurred.
Misdemeanor court records. The Red River County Clerk handles misdemeanor files at 200 N. Walnut Street, Clarksville, TX 75426. Call 903-427-2401. Published hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the office is closed Friday. The clerk says records not online must be searched in person and staff are not required to perform a search. Bring the cause number when possible.
Felony court records. The Red River County District Clerk handles felony district files at 400 N. Walnut Street, Clarksville, TX 75426. Call 903-427-3761. Published hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a Thursday noon to 1 p.m. closure; the office is closed Friday. Texas state custody. For a person sentenced to state prison, use TDCJ Offender Information and its listed telephone or email alternatives. A formal corrections-record request belongs with the TDCJ Public Information Act channel. Include the full name, TDCJ or SID number, and the exact record or date range sought.
Parole and probation. TDCJ assigns Red River County state parole cases to the Paris District Parole Office, Region I. A U.S. Marshals prisoner may be housed in a contract facility, so the federal court, Marshal, or actual facility may hold the usable record.
